Everyone needs a catalyst.  Something that gives you the drive or inspiration to want to change things.  I'd worked since the age of 18, working myself up the career ladder but was always trying to find that certain something to make it big!

I'd dip in and out of my entrepreneur ways, when I wasn't enjoying work that would give me the drive me to start making some money on Ebay again or at one stage I subscribed to Andrew Reynolds Cash on Demand Course.  When work was OK though I would just rather enjoy my free time, do my hours and get out of there.

I'd met my now Fiancée by this stage in my life so spending time with her was more important than a bit of extra cash.

The Catalyst

Steve Males and son Joshua Males, a few hours old
Like I said everyone needs a catalyst to give them the drive to want to change their lives for the better.  This little chap was mine.  Just a few hours old here my son Joshua gave me that drive.

My company were great at the time, gave me a whole 3 days paid paternity leave to spend with my new family.  :) I had some holiday saved up though so we had a fortnight together before I had to leave them both to go back to the Job.

There I had it.  The drive was in me. Every day I left my house to sit in an hour of traffic to get to work that I resented.  I was going to get out of there.  I was going to find the best internet marketers online and I was going to get them to show me how they do it and more importantly how I was going to do it.  I was a bit nieve at first and did think it would happen sooner than it did but I has managed my own expectations from the start.  I turned 30 the day after Joshua was born, time was on my side, if it took a year, 3 years or even 5 years to succeed I was determined to stick at it until I did.  These were all relatively short spaces of time when I looked at the bigger picture.

Throughout it all I just kept telling myself if others can do it then so can I!!!!
